A: Yes! We feature both original pieces and high-quality prints, all created by me! Each piece is clearly labeled with its type.

Q: Can I request a custom piece?
A: Absolutely! I love working on custom commissions. Share your ideas, size preferences, and colours with me and i'll bring your vision to life!


Ordering & Payment

Q: How do I place a custom name artwork order?
A: Simply browse our product page, select the custom name artwork option, and proceed through our secure checkout. You can either choose to put an order note through the website or send an email to tinytotsartbusiness@gmail.com.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Afterpay and other secure payment options.

Q: Is my payment information secure?
A: Yes. Our website uses industry-standard SSL encryption to ensure your data is protected.


Shipping & Delivery

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we offer most international shipping! Rates and delivery times vary depending on your location.

Q: Will there be additional customs fees for international orders (outside Australia)?
A: Yes, some (not all) countries do incur a customs fee on arrival into your country. This is unfortunately out of our hands and is based on what has been ordered. For detailed information about local customs fees, please contact your local post office.

Q: How is the artwork packaged?
A: All artwork is carefully packaged using protective materials to ensure safe delivery. Framed or fragile pieces may require special handling and will be labeled as such.


Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on non-custom items. The artwork must be returned in its original condition. Please note, custom or commissioned pieces are non-refundable.

Q: What if my artwork arrives damaged?
A: We take every precaution necessary to keep these artworks protected when posting them to customers. If an artwork does arrive damaged, please contact us via email: tinytotsartbusiness@gmail.com


Art Care & Framing

Q: How do I care for my artwork?
A: Keep artwork out of direct sunlight and away from moisture. For canvas or paper pieces, consider professional framing to protect and enhance your piece.

Q: Do you offer framing options?
A: No, we do not offer framing options for commissions or prints, although some of the original pieces are professionally custom framed locally.
